We specialize in both new and pre-owned luxury watches. Each pre-owned watch is meticulously inspected, serviced, and restored to ensure it meets our high standards.
Our collection includes renowned brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Omega, Cartier, and more. Our inventory is constantly updated; please contact us for specific inquiries.
Whenever available, we provide the original box and papers. If not, we supply a high-quality replacement box and a detailed appraisal certificate for your records.
Purchasing & Payment
We accept major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and PayPal. For high-value transactions, bank wire transfers are preferred and may be required.
Currently, we do not offer in-house financing. However, we can recommend third-party financing options upon request.
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within New York State, in accordance with local regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide using insured and trackable services. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Domestic orders for in-stock items typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.
Yes, all shipments are fully insured for the purchase price to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the watch is unworn and in its original condition with all accessories and documentation. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges unless otherwise specified.
Warranty & Services
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty on all watches, covering mechanical defects under normal use. This warranty is provided by Ultimate Watch and is not affiliated with the manufacturer's warranty.
