Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. However, due to the nature of high-value timepieces, Ultimate Watch does not accept returns — only exchanges within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The watch must be in unworn, unaltered condition, exactly as it was delivered.
- Do not wear or size the watch (no link removal or bracelet adjustment) until you are certain you will keep it. Even short wear can result in hairline marks or blemishes, making the item ineligible for exchange.
- All original packaging, hang tags, protective tape/plastics, accessories, and documentation must be returned intact and unmodified.
- Exchanges must include the original store receipt with the Item # clearly written.
Exchange Process
- Contact us at (646) 220-7487 or [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).
- Once authorized, the item must be shipped back and received by us within two (2) business days of RMA# issuance.
- The exchange will be processed once the item is inspected and verified to meet all return conditions.
Items shipped without prior authorization will be refused.
Restocking & Exemptions
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges unless waived in writing.
- No exchanges, refunds, or credits will be accepted on:
- Special or custom orders
- Modified or sized watches
- Items held on layaway beyond 60 days without payment
- All layaway deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Shipping Instructions
- Ship via traceable and insured service such as UPS.
- Do not use FedEx, as they limit insurance on high-value items.
- Collect shipments will be refused.
- Customer is responsible for safe packaging and full insurance.
- Ultimate Watch is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
Credit & Payment Reversals
All approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which may be applied toward any future purchase from Ultimate Watch. Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.
Refunds to the original form of payment will not be issued, except in the event that the watch is determined, upon inspection, to be materially not as described — including, but not limited to, undisclosed mechanical issues, misrepresented condition, or counterfeit goods.
In such cases, Ultimate Watch reserves the right to determine whether a refund is warranted and will process it to the original payment method as follows:
- Credit Card: Refunded to the same card
- Check: Refunded via check to the original payee
- Wire Transfer (Domestic): Refunded via check to the original sender
- Wire Transfer (International): Refunded via wire to the original sender
Ultimate Watch retains sole discretion in determining whether a return meets the conditions for refund rather than store credit.
Special Orders
We are happy to source specific watches upon request. However, due to the customized nature, special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. A special order policy will be provided in writing when applicable and must be signed before acceptance.
Purchases by Manufacturers or Brand Affiliates
Any purchases made by a watch manufacturer, brand distributor, or affiliated representative are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
